Add Item page automatically opens when barcode is scanned even when item is available in Inventory

hi,

I have built an application was when the barcode is scanned it creates order and opens the register application everything is working fine but some time item is added to the order but the "Add Item" page opens up and the order is also created in the background (in register application)
