Connected with device but still not getting the clock in and Clock out time

Hello,

Connected with device but still not getting the clock in and Clock out time. We are calling 2 API:

https://api.clover.com/v3/merchants/' . $merchant_id . '/shifts
https://apisandbox.dev.clover.com/v3/merchants/'.$merchant_id.'/shifts.csv

How I can achieve to get the employee attendance?
