Custom OrderType does not print to Clover Station

Hello,

We are pushing order data including item information and payment to a custom order type. However, when you hit 'Print Bill' within Clover the order does not print to the Clover Station Printer.

What do I need to do to associate the new Order Type generated by the API with the Clover Station printer?

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch - can you open the Printers app and ensure the Station printer is associated correctly? Are you using one of our SDKs or our REST APIs to generate the Order + Order Type? I'd appreciate some additional information on what the workflow currently looks like.

We have the same issue, and are a web app using the REST API. What is the proper procedure for getting both guest receipts and kitchen tickets to print for online orders provided via the REST API?
