RemoteDeviceConnetor in CFP shows failure

Can You Please help us with below issue?

In our one application, we are getting the below response in RemoteDevice Connector

1) fail reason:- "Device Reset" ,

2) name :- action

3) Payload:- null

4) isSuccess:- false

we are facing this issue while we are trying to open activity in the customer-facing screen using RemoteDeviceConnector. can you guide us about the above issue?

are you calling resetDevice(...)? are you checking if connect() returns true before invoking resetDevice(...)? Is there anything in the logs?

Yes, we are calling resetDevice(...) method . we have not used connect() method in code. we have informed the same as shared above.

can you let us know? When we face "Device Reset" as a failure Reason?
