I have a merchant that is being charged for my app but claims the app is not installed on their account. Is it a glitch? How can I get this merchant unsubscribed?
That merchant currently has your app installed, tell them to uninstall it per the instructions I provided.
In a private/moderators only post provide the merchant id and your app id. The merchant should uninstall your app, from the device (More Tools -> Installed Apps -> Select your app -> Uninstall) or the Clover Dashboard.
