Test card not working on new CLover Flex 2

Hello.


A few weeks ago we received a new Clover Flex 2 device with a Test Card. The problem we are having is that the test card (6011 3610 000 6668) is not working - we are getting a "Transaction failed - invalid card" message.


We are testing on the sandbox environment with a test merchant (merchatID: QV8CYV91KV9X4).


Any ideas what could be wrong here?

Have you tried using a different card? You can use any card, sandbox hits an emulator so you won't be charged.

Yes, I tried with my personal VISA card. I didn't get the "invalid card" message, but the payment wasn't successful. I though these sandbox devices didn't work with regular cards - will try with a couple of other cards I have as well.

I use my personal cards all the time.
