Submitted my app for approval over a week again,

How long does this process usually take?

I have not been contacted otherwise via email regarding the app submission/approval.

I believe they test and approve apps on Tuesdays and Fridays. If it is your first submission, they usually will schedule a demo with you and then proceed with testing. You might reach out to appmarketbusiness@clover.com

What defines a first submission? Does that mean the first app my account has ever submitted or the first version of the app that my account has been submitted?
