Can you provide a bit more details? What REST APIs are you talking about specifically?

Any of them. It looks like the tokens are for a specific base url so I'm guessing the answer is no.

Device tokens can't be used with the new Ecomm payment APIs.

The answer is no

Auth Tokens generated in a sandbox environment are invalid in a production environment.
