Whats the difference of submitting your app on the Sandbox Account vs a Non- Sandbox Account

I have finished an app and compiled the APK and want to submit it for app approval so it will run on the production unit (not the dev kit)

Do you re-upload the app on the production account side and also have to wait to get it approved from there?

Sandbox account is used for testing purposes. If you want to publish your apk then you have to send apk for approval and wait for their feedback

The code is the same there is nothing that changes other than the production server entries?
