URGENT: HELP on AdjustTips (Probably serious problem due to new release of 4.0)

Hi, there, we have a couple of customers report tips on authorization bill can't be set correctly (through network pay display with our ios based POS semi integration) . We checked on the development unit a moment ago. Looks like the AdjustTips function return succeed but the actual tips were not set at all. The temp solution right now is to go through each payment and set tips manually (use Transactions app), which can work though it will make report on POS not synced. Would you please investigate this and see what's going on. Since this problem suddenly show up yesterday, would this be related to new 4.0 ios sdk release?

Follow up discovery: The tips actually was successfully set but it doesn't show up on both "Transactions" App and "Tips App". The Total/Tips value above "Close out" button also doesn't show correctly. However, if check from web dashboard or click Closeout to preview summary all the data are reflecting correct value. Looks like the data are not synchronized on those two apps for some reason (and this situation seems most likely occurs on old model C30/C31 clover mini or flex). Please investigate. Thanks.

At what rate can you reproduce this? What environment, what are the steps?

I am not 100% sure, but if you use a C30/C31 model Clover mini, use Remote Pay Ios Sample to set tips on an Auth transaction. It should be there. ( I already got several customers report the same thing)

It looks like this issue has been reported by other merchants. It has been fixed on our end and the fix is tentatively scheduled to rollout to merchants Nov 2 - Nov 16.
