Open Cash Drawer button disabled

Hello

Is it possible to enable the "open cash drawer" button in the register app running on a sandbox android emulator ? I've tried looking at various settings but cannot get that button to enable.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

The button is enabled if you have a printer configured that supports cash drawer operations. Since you aren't on a Clover device, that leaves you to our supported Star printers only (Star SP700, and unofficially the Star TSP100).

If a no-sale is generated on a real Clover device, can I query for that using the REST api ? If so, what would I look for ? Payments of $0.00 or something along those lines ?

I don't know what a "no sale event is". Per the other thread, if the cash log app is installed, events are recorded and can be access from the REST API: https://www.clover.com/api_docs#!/cash

A no sale is where the cash drawer is opened but no sale is made.
