Clover Flex does support label printers in Canada?

We have app which provide functionality to print labels using clover approved brother label printers. It's working fine in clover USA.


with same app we are facing issue in Canada environment, our app can't connect with printers.

Is it possible that Clover Flex in Canada does not support label printers?

There should not be any differences; they are the same Clover devices. It'd help if you could elaborate on "can't connect".
