Permissions seem to have changed

My application seems to suddenly have a different set of permissions. If I preview in the app store (this is in dev sandbox) I see a completely different set of permissions than I have in settings. This seems to be a recent change. In particular no longer have inventory permissions, but I do have employee and customer which are not set for my app.

Any suggestions on where all this needs to be set up?

App Permissions are toggled in Settings, at the bottom of that page.
