We are currently needing to test a clover subscription app Called "SMS Marketing & Customer Engagement" in our sandbox environment however its not available in the Sandbox AppMarket. Is there anyway to install the subscription app into our Sandbox account for a specific sandbox merchant?

I am confused, you refer to Sandbox but include a link to your production app? Assuming you are indeed talking about Sandbox and that your app is just a REST Client app (doesn't run on a Clover device) see: https://community.clover.com/articles/23744/resolving-401-unauthorized-responses-when-making-a.html ("How to re-install an app).
Hi David, Our app present in Sandbox is "SMS Marketing" with app id : 2J7J36WBKZZAP & this app is not available to install in test accounts in sandbox, how can we install this app ?

It would be helpful if you would provide the steps you are taking and details on what "not available" means. I can tell you the steps I provided work if they are followed and if the merchant is associated with your developer account. This is by design and prevents any developer from being able to install your app while in development. What is the merchant ID of the merchant you are trying to install it to?
Provide details on what you are doing and what happens when you follow the instructions I previously posted.
