Who can I talk to about a QR generation error?

A merchant reports that the QR code generated by the Clover receipt does not take him to the correct page. Our app creates a link to a custom page; that link is added to every receipt and as a QR code to printed receipts. The QR code that prints out goes to a "strange" page, I am told. Any thoughts on this?

Start by having the merchant take a detailed photo of the QR code on the receipt. Then we can scan it and see what's encoded.
