Unable to log in to create application background

I have already create a sandbox merchant account. When I try to login in on "https://www.clover.com/appmarket " page, it cant not login. Is this not the same account? I can find the register entrance. How can I login appmarket?

Sandbox and production are separate environments. Once your app is tested in sandbox you need to create an account in production - https://www.clover.com/developer-home/create-account.
