I'm losing the key I used to sign my APK. Is there any solution for that? because I signed with new key and the uploader rejected the APK because it was signed with different key.

No, it's not possible. Even if you could upload the newly signed APK to our servers, the device isn't going to allow the APK to be installed. This is a basic security mechanism in Android that can't be changed.
You'll need to create a new app, and communicate to your customers that they need to uninstall the old app and install your new app.
