"Unfortunately, payment has stopped" message trying to make a payment.

We are using the non-billable production clover mini generation 1 device and the following message started showing up when trying to make a payment. This happens after the card is removed from the device, the payment is successful and the result is provided back to our application. Can we know the cause for this issue? Is it something missing from our end or?

The flow works without an issue in our Sandbox with Payments version 1.0-361.
But not in this production clover mini.

From the help app select diagnostics and then send the device logs. After that please provide the device serial number in a private post so I can look at the logs.
