inventory and orders tab not showing up sandbox

how can i add inventory and orders tabs in my sandbox account?

The inventory and orders tab are showing up for my sandbox accounts. It would be helpful if you would provide some information such as what is the url you are hitting, what user are you logging in as, etc.
