App Notifications not working in sandbox devices

From last two days APP_NOTIFICATION not working in sandbox devices (Mini and Station 2018). Before its working fine.

We have rebooted devices, added latest clover android sdk version 248.4 and also checked with Clover API but unable to receive notification in both devices.

Is there any issue in sandbox devices?
