Does Clover flex has a USB connectivity??

I have a plan to use Flex as a credit card reader not for POS.
Is it possible to integrate with USB between Flex and Windows based POS?

No, Clover Flex is not supported for semi-integrated configurations. Please consider Clover Mini for that purpose.
