How to enable payment?

Hello,

I am using merchant Id: R4JB8C1GF3VQC and I am trying to activate/enable payment but I am not getting how to do the same. Can anyone help me. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to create an order but it is responding that "Order cannot be created". I guess the problem is with the payment for order which is not enabled yet for my merchant. So, if you can enable the payment for my merchant, I request you to do the same.

Still need more information, you are trying to create an Order using the clover web API or clover android API? Please attach some code to show us what you are trying.
