Is the Developer Sandbox Down?

Are we currently experiencing an outage of the developer sandbox? When I attempt to login to my emulator I get an error stating "Sorry, but we are having a brief maintenance. Check back in a few minutes".

Yes; we are having the same issues. It also makes API calls impossible, which is a pain in the ass for development. It would have been nice to get a heads up from Clover so we could have planned other activities for this time.

We are getting a message of "OFFLINE" in the register app and unable to connect to the internet.
