Issue with sandbox account

Our sandbox account is not letting us uninstall and install any more apps we have in development. It has multiplied the current apps that are installed and shows multiple copies on the web portal of the merchant and also one of the test devices. And any time we select an app in the developer account and click preview in app market it gives an error so we cannot install any apps, especially web apps. Any ideas?

Hi. We have same Sandbox issues & errors recent days & now August 11th 2019. Multiple installs of our apps and [3] installs of Clover 'Orders' & 'Inventory' & 'Cash log' etc.
