We have a production Clover Mini we use for testing our apps in production, all of a sudden it won't accept the PIN number we have been using to login with for the past 2 years. We haven't changed the PIN number, the device won't accept it anymore. Another thing I noticed is that on the lock screen where it normally would have displayed the device's merchant name, it is now blank. It makes me think that perhaps the device has been disassociated from its merchant. If that is the case, where would I go to re-associate it?
