OAuth authorize - not found - no app with id

I'm creating a new app and when I try to get an OAuth token I get a "Not Found" error. For production and the sandbox, when I click on "Example OAuth Request" I'm redirected to a "Not Found" page.

The response is {details: "No app with id KE33M1ADKR8ST", message: "Not Found"}

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Can you please verify that the webapp app is installed for your test merchant? Also, what environment are you developing in?

Here's how I could solve the issue http://devask.clover.com/question/399... The error message could be improved. I had to go to edit pricing in order to allow my Example OAuth Request to work, not at all intuitive.
