Getting clover_error occurred response while trying to refund the order through clover Go.

Hi there, I have integrated clover go with android tablet for payments and refunds. I am trying to refund (full and partial both at different times)payment of an order (which is paid by card swipe method through test card on sandbox environment). I am getting clover_error and FAIL as the error in response. However when i make payment through manual card entry the full and partial refund is successfully performed.How to resolve this error?
