How to resolve the error failed to load card reader data in clover go?

Hi, We are using Clover Go RP450 card reader with chip and contact less bluetooth device to connect with android tablet. While we are trying to connect the tablet device after configuration with clover sandbox merchant we are getting error as io.reactivex.exceptions.OnErrorNotImplementedException: failed to load card reader data.

Why I am getting this error and what needs to be done to resolve this issue?
