Clover Flex .NET Certificate

Can I please have some more information in creating a connection between the CloverExamplePOS and the Clover Flex device.

I have installed network pay display app, added the IP into the CloverExamplePOS source code but it doesn't make connection. I believe it needs developer certificate as well according to this guide https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/configuring-secure-network-pay-display

However, how do I get it to work with the certificates and form a connection?

You're, from what I understand, using a Windows machine.
Download & install the certificates
