Card transaction token is blank/null

Hi
When using secure payment api (ACTION_SECURE_PAY) we are not getting token in the card transaction object data.
Please let us know from where we can get token for a card transaction. We want to implement multi-tokenization functionality i.e. swipe a card, store its details in vault and use these details for future cardless transactions.

Also if required then can you please enable multi pay token for the merchant with MID RCTST0000008099 and application package name "com.lcg.paymentlockplus".

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
