What is the time stamp in order creation?

Hi all, I am developing one application in clover for android tablets and clover device. I need to get the current order and its created time. I am getting time stamp what does it mean and how to map the device time with the time stamp. Is it in milliseconds. I need to remove the order from the screen after 4 seconds from its creation so I need to calculate the time.

The timestamp is the time the order is created. And all timestamps in the Clover system are in milliseconds i.e. 13 digits
