With the recent addition of the Multi-location feature, is there a way for us to GET the full Merchant parent details (the Business details) as well as all the location data using the API?

There is no such thing as a "merchant parent" within Clover. There is a Clover account and then multiple Merchant accounts associated with that Clover account.
All Merchants are treated as separate entities and therefore have no information about other Merchant accounts.
