Unable to upload apk on sandbox environment

We are currently experiencing the following error when uploading a apk:
More than one certificate found in merchantManifest. The APK must be signed with one certificate.

Our application completely disappeared from the clover environment, preventing us from downloading the application from the app market, one of our developers decided to delete the application and do a new submission on sandbox. Now we are unable to upload the same APK we were attempting to test.

No matter how it happened, there cannot be two of the same APKs uploaded to Clover. You'll need to give the APK a different name in order to upload it. If you change the name and are still experiencing errors please let us know here.
