Sandbox Merchant to Production
Hi I have a merchant that is willing to setup an account as Sandbox is it. Is it possible to take that same merchant and move him to a production app once it is the application is published?
The Clover Sandbox environment and Production environment are completely separate, so you cannot move/port a Sandbox merchant over to the Production environment.
You will have to go through the same steps of creating a developer account and creating an app on the Proudction environment. Furthermore, on the Production environment, you will have to submit your developer account for approval, before you can modify billing for your app or before you can publish your app.
Here are the two Production environments:
US Prod
EU Prod
