Deploy Custom Tender

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to deploy a custom tender app into production. This custom tender app is only going to be used internally by us at our company-owned retail stores. Is there anyway to deploy the custom tender without the app market process?

All production clover apps must go through the app market process. We do not have a private app market.
