I'm getting "Unable to reach callback URL" when using https with a webhook callback URL

I was adding my domain callback URL it given an error Unable to reach callback URL
but when I pass live URL that's convert into virtual URL using NgRock it working fine but I was adding actual https URL it will give an error.
Please Help to Solve this Issue on Server.

Are you getting any logs of whether Clover's verification POST request reaches your url? If so, can you verify if you are sending a 200 Success code back to us?

@Lee Tickett I am using my production url with https which has a valid certification.https://uno.berylsystems.com/api/handler but returning me the same..Please help
