Webhook is not sandbox or Live Account in triggering at all.
Also Somehow only virtual URL work when I add real server URL it an display error every time unable to reach URL even URL already working

I also have trouble in receiving webhooks. It triggers when registering it in app settings, but not doing anything on install or uninstall.
