Can I get a permanent dev account?

I am currently using a developer account to build and test my API integration. However my account becomes expired after a month and I have to create a new one.

Is there a way to get a permanent dev account? Or how can I go about purchasing a permanent account?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Are you perhaps referring to the email which says your password will expire? If so, you simply need to update your password. For security purposes we have everyone update their passwords every 90 days mandatorily.
