Firstly, have you filled out our Know Your Integrator Form at https://goo.gl/forms/xIWnym9wwdZhiEYw1? It will help with understanding your integration and providing the correct support. The Customer Facing Platform is available on all remote-pay SDKs that use CloverConnector, including remote-pay-windows, as CFP uses CloverConnector.startActivity to initiate custom activities. Please reference the README at https://github.com/clover/CustomerFacingPlatformExamples to see the different methods on the SDK that will request and respond to the CFP flow.
