Pulling data from Clover Api is returning empty notes

Hello.
In our integration with Clover we are pulling payment data from Clover API.
URL used to pull data:
https://www.clover.com/v3/merchants/[merchantID]/p...
After the data is received the note field is blank.
However after some period of time if we are pulling the data again the order now contains additional data that is stored in the notes field.
Is there any delay when the note data is pulled to clover's database?
I can provide specific examples of the data pulled from API before notes were updated and after.

We have similar issue where the pulled order data doesn't contain all information.
In our case, sometimes the order missing an item.
We already put a delay before pulling the order but still happened, only sometimes.

Our servers have been experiencing delays recently due to heavy traffic load; an announcement has already been sent out to developers regarding this.
