Can you create a payment with Payeezy?

We are creating a smartphone app that lets people add a credit card and do remote ordering for restaurants. We would like the orders to fund the restaurant's Clover Merchant account. I understand that this is possible by using the Developer Pay API ( https://docs.clover.com/build/developer-pay-api/),... but...

1. Is this service going to be discontinued soon? It is under the "version 2" API , and version 3 has been released, and there doesn't seem to be any way of sending credit card numbers under version 3. Can I count on the Developer Pay API not getting randomly yanked in 6 months?

2. Is there a way to use Payeezy for payments? This blog post references Payeezy, but doesn't go into detail. https://medium.com/clover-platform-blog/four-minut... It would be nice to use Payeezy instead of the developer pay API because less security burden is on us. We would just put the credit card number into their javascript rather than having to write our own.

1. The Developer Pay API service is not going to be discontinued and it is not planned to be discontinued; it will continue to exist as a "version 2" API. There is no version 3 of Developer Pay API, but there is a version 3 of our GetPayments endpoint, which is used for retrieving payments. If we ever plan to deprecate the version 2 of Developer Pay API, we will give a heads up to developers.

2, Yes, you can use Payeezy for payments, but it is a separate product from Clover. The merchant you make a payment for would have to be a Payeezy merchant, by signing up for Payeezy under a separate MID from Clover.
