How can I add links/buttons to order detail page in an android app

We are implementing a gift card android app for our customers. We are planning to add 3 buttons/links for card balance, privacy policy and legal terms on the order detail page How can I add links/buttons to order detail page in an android app? Can anyone give hints for it, thanks a lot.
