Version is not getting updated over clover app market

Hi,

We have uploaded the latest version of our app (RedFoxPOSOnlineOrdering) over clover market having version 6.0 and version code 51.. But We have observed its not getting updated over clover market.. What we are able to download is the APK of having version 5.8 and version code 49 which is older version of the app.. What could be possible reasons for same?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Have you checked that the APK is set to 'published' on the latest version via the 'Manage APKs' section? Also, check in here to make sure that there aren't a lot of other versions that are also published. You should automatically get the latest version donwloaded/ updated to all internet connected devices. You can also check how many merchants have a particular APK installed - you should at least see 1 which is your test merchant.

Hi, Currently APK is set to "Submit" on the latest version in manage APKs.. However previously uploaded all APK versions also have the same status. Still we were able to download the latest version via our test merchant. Now since last 2 releases we are not able to download the updated one. and the count is also showing "0". So, what can be the work around for same?
