Not able to upload APK on clover sandbox

We are currently experiencing an issue uploading an APK on the Clover Sandbox. When we select the APK and click on the Upload button, it seems the APK is uploading. However, after a few minutes, the process stops, and the Upload button reappears instead of displaying the Save option.

you're having trouble uploading your APK to the Clover Sandbox. Try checking the file size to ensure it’s within the upload limit, and clear your browser cache or switch browsers to rule out any issues there. Make sure the APK is not corrupted and is structured correctly. A stable internet connection is also important, so check that. If the issue persists, check any available logs for errors, or reach out to Clover support for further assistance.

We tried creating the build again using different versions of Android Studio and uploaded it, but the issue persists. We also cleared the browser cache and followed the suggested steps, but the issue remains unresolved. For your information, the APK size is 15.1 MB, which complies with Clover's guidelines.

Uploading an APK on Clover Sandbox can sometimes face hiccups like the one you’re experiencing. A few steps you could try include:

  1. Verify the APK size and format: Ensure it adheres to Clover's requirements. Sometimes, large files or unsupported formats cause upload interruptions.
  2. Check your internet connection: A stable connection is crucial to avoid timeouts during the upload process.
  3. Inspect the APK for errors: Use a tool like Android Studio to confirm the APK is properly signed and free from build issues.
  4. Clear cache and retry: Sometimes, clearing the browser cache or trying a different browser can resolve unexpected issues.

If these steps don’t work, consider reaching out to Clover’s support team for assistance.

On a related note, if you're testing APKs for services like IPTV or other streaming platforms, MagisTV is a great example of an optimized and user-friendly APK. It’s known for its smooth performance and might serve as inspiration for building or refining your APKs. Good luck resolving the issue!
