REST Pay Display API Questions

Hi,

Can someone answer the following about the Pay Display API please.

1. Is the RestAPI stable, five 9's (99.999%)for uptime?
2. Does the Clover RestAPI work for all existing Clover devices and expected for future devices also?
3. Is the RestAPI global - US, Canada, UK and other countries?
