The Clover mini has a reset button inside the printer which allows you to start the set-up process again. There are no buttons on the standard Clover Station. Is there a launch sequence/ way to plug in to a device to force a reset without a connection to the web?
The button inside the printer is a power button, it operates similarly to how a button on a cell phone works, using it will not cause you to lose any data. If you are looking to factory reset and clear all data see rob's answer.
