We need to contact a merchant and noticed that in our "installed merchants" section each merchant has a Help Code. Can we use this code to contact the merchant? If not, what is the Help code used for?

@DrinkExchange It's not very clear in the developer docs, but help codes are for verifying that you are speaking with the actual Clover merchant when they request support from you. You can see Clover's answer here:

Hi, I noticed that part of this question was left unanswered. How do you actually go about contacting a merchant in the installed merchants section with the limited information that is provided there? It would be helpful if an email address column was provided so a way to contact each installed merchant is readily available.
