The internet went down last night but we still entered in the credit card tips. When the internet came back on, the system batched but didnt take the credit card tips. It wont let us put them in again. How do we go about adding in the tips?

They can assist with troubleshooting and possibly manually enter the advice or modify the batch to add it. They may also direct any actions or procedures needed inside your system to fix this problem.
