Accidently we have configured clover devkit with dummy account, now we want to migrate it to actual client account. We are not finding a way to do so. How can we achieve it ?

What type of account are you asking about? A developer account or a merchant? Devkits are sandbox devices that have been modified for development, and as such cannot be used by non-sandbox merchants.
