How to uninstall an app on behalf of a merchant

We have merchants install our app, but there doesn't seem to be a way to uninstall our app for them. Can someone point us in the right direction if that is possible? Right now, it seems like the merchant has to uninstall himself/herself (to avoid getting billed as well).

Yes, a developer cannot uninstall an app on behalf of a merchant. They will need to do this on their own.
